Delivery Information

Our standard delivery is based on 2-3 working days (Saturday delivery / AM Delivery / Timed delivery is available at an extra charge, please call for further information).

 

Bags are delivered via courier / pallets by a lorry.

All orders requiring Next Day Delivery need to be placed with us before 12pm and arranged in advance with us

 

Delivery charges vary according to the amount ordered, whether it is loose or bagged and the distance to the delivery postcode from DE6 For more details please contact the office on 01335 372 728

 

For bagged pallet deliveries, the pallet will arrive on a tail lift wagon, the driver will lower the goods off the rear of the wagon, and use a pallet truck to deposit them as near to the property as possible.

 

If access allows, the driver will place the goods on your drive if you have one, however a kerbside delivery is all that can be guaranteed. The pallet truck can only run on a solid level surface such as concrete or Tarmac and cannot move on uneven surfaces such as gravel, grass or slopes as the driver manually pulls the trolley and does not use a crane or a fork lift.

Please note that orders cannot be delivered if the destination of the pallet has more than a 5% upwards slope , this is due to current European Legislation and it out of the control of Woodfields.

Should you place an order and we are then advised by the delivery driver that the address / destination is deemed "undeliverable" Woodfields reserve the right to charge for the delivery, This is at the discretion of management.
